From the minds that brought you the RAGE and TOP SHELF...
After building up a combined resume of over 800 career ball hockey games, 600 plus goals, more than 750 assists and 1350 points culminating in 18 championships and 8 Provincial medals the creators of the Rage (2008-present) and Top Shelf (2007-present) decided that the next step after building successful teams was obvious...build a successful league.
Thus...the Old Skool Hockey League was born.
The driving theme behind the OSHL is that, first and foremost, it should be fun for all. We want our members to be excited not only on gamedays, but throughout the week. We want to build a league where the rivalries are intense, the games are exciting and hoisting the Legacy Cup is a legitimate accomplishment!
The best games were the games of our youth...and what made it so special was that they were played with and against our friends each and every day! The OSHL will give you the opportunity to relive that again!
Our league promises to give you the best we have to offer. We vow to be organized, efficient, and as exciting as possible! We are constantly on the look out for ways to improve our league, and seperate it from the rest. The website will be updated quickly, it is the hub of our league, the place we want you all to come visit often. On top of schedules, statistics and standings it will also feature stories, player profiles, polls, pictures, a place to write your own thoughts (and trash talk) and hopefully much, much more!
Being a small league, we hope to create a tight-knit community of guys who love to play ball hockey! Our games are scheduled such that you will get a chance to see everybody, almost every gamenight! We welcome suggestions on how to make our league better. We promise to be approachable, and will be more than willing to consider all suggestions.
This league is for the players. If the players are happy...we're happy!
We hope you enjoy!
