In order to guarantee yourself a spot in the OSHL for the upcoming tournament, we need to receive the following two items:

1.  YOUR REQUEST TO PLAY
Email the league (oshl@hotmail.ca), text one of Jimmy or Andrew (phone numbers on home page), or verbal

2.  PAYMENT:
$80 entry fee:  (email money transfer to oshl@hotmail.ca , or meet up and pay cash)

3. EMAIL ADDRESS

If we don't have it...we need it.
